Peer support

MS Society SA & NT facilitates peer support groups for people living with MS across South Australia and the Northern Territory. Connect with others who understand over coffee, a meal or a shared interest.

Sometimes the most powerful support comes from someone who truly gets it

The people who get it most are often the ones living it too. Our peer support groups are run by people living with MS, for people living with MS. We offer welcoming spaces to share your experiences, ask questions, find new connections or simply enjoy good company.

Groups meet regularly across South Australia and the Northern Territory in relaxed, social settings. Sometimes over coffee and cake, a shared meal or around a table making things together. And if getting to a group in person isn't possible, our online community is there for you too.

Whether you've recently been diagnosed or have been living with MS for years, there's a place for you here.

Our peer support groups

We facilitate peer support groups across South Australia and the Northern Territory, with new groups forming regularly. Each group has its own character, shaped by the people in it and the community around it. All are open to people living with MS. Groups meet in a variety of formats and frequencies. Details for each group are listed below. If you'd like more information about a group in your area, or if there isn't one near you yet, get in touch with our team.
